About Us
Please allow me to introduce myself. When I was an emotional, adolescent, about to go into an eighth grade class where the teacher thought dyslexia was an excuse for what he called my “stupidity” my parents made a drastic decision to bring me home for my education. From that day forward my life changed! I was finally able to find out who I really was without all the peer pressure of other kids and I was able to learn how to learn. I’m forever grateful to my parents for homeschooling me!

As I began to love school one subject drew me in—it was history. The stories of individuals who did extraordinary things inspired me. After I graduated I began writing about God’s hand in history!

While suffering from a chronic illness, the Lord led me to start an online business which I could do from home. After fifteen years of health problems my health greatly improved, and I was able to do many things that had been impossible before. Then in 2016 I married a wonderful Christian man that God brought into my life. God has blessed us with two sons in less than three years.

Statement of Faith
I believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That the Bible is the inerrant inspired Word of God. That Jesus came to earth as a man and was crucified, died, buried, and raised to life. I believe that the way to salvation is through Jesus Christ. That those who remain faithful to the end will go to be with Jesus in heaven for all eternity.

Mission Statement
It is Amy’s deep desire to bring encouraging, uplifting, family friendly resources to Christian families and individuals. Through historical resources and other media it is my wish to renew the hearts of others. The historical branch of this site is dedicated to bringing you resources that invoke a simpler time in history where God and His church were held in high esteem. Through my deep love of history I try to bring the past to life for the modern generation. I carefully choose historical subjects for my books to ensure good role models for today’s young people.
